PD HEALTH PAYMENT TERMS

In these terms:

"Product" or "Products" refers to PD Health's online professional development courses and other products that may be offered by PD Health from time to time, including subscription services;

“We”, “us” and “our” are references to PD Health Pty Ltd ACN 146 232 448.

"Website" refers to www.pdhealth.com.au.

1. Payment for our Products is made via PayPal.

2. Payment must be made for the whole amount of the total Product order. We do not accept partial payment or payment by installments for Products.

3. After payment is made for the Products, you will have 60 days to complete your use of the Product (unless a different timeframe is specified for an individual Product).

4. After payment is made, we will send you an email notification of your order, including a reference number for the Products ordered. You will need to inform us of the reference number if you have an inquiry about a Product. You should also be sent a receipt from PayPal for your order.

5. To the extent permitted by law, other than in limited circumstances determined at our discretion, it is our policy not to cancel or refund Product orders once they have been processed, so please ensure that you are happy with the Products you have selected.

6. We offer the remedies available to consumers accorded under the Australian Consumer Law. Please see clause 5.3 of our Website Terms and Conditions for further information.

7. If access to the Website is to be discontinued, we will endeavor to provide you with a minimum of 30 days to complete your use of the Products. However, access to your Products cannot be guaranteed if the Website is discontinued for reasons beyond our control. We maintain the right to terminate access to the Website at any time without notice in accordance with our Website Terms and Conditions.

8. It is your responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions on our Website carefully and to raise any problems with us before ordering Products, including these Payment Terms and our Privacy Policy.

9. We may update these Payment Terms from time to time, including introducing additional Products and methods of payment, so please refer back to them when placing future orders.
