What makes for good reflective practice?

At PD Health we love reflective practice and not just in a "love it" kind of way but in a serious, obsessive "luuuurve it" kind of way. I guess this is why we spent a small fortune making sure that all of our members have their very own on-line reflective journal that they can access at any time whilst undertaking their on-line training modules, or even whilst on the go via their smart-phones or tablet pc's. 30 hours per year of mandatory CPD required for OT's from 1July 2012

A new dawn is arriving for Occupational Therapists (OT's) across Australia with the commencement of the National Occupational Therapy Board of Australia. However with nation wide registration of Occupational Therapists comes nation wide mandatory requirements for continuing professional development (CPD). These requirements have recently been announced as being a minimum of 30 hours of CPD per registration period.
